Icmeler, Turkey. Can anyone please help?

I am trying to get a good price for getting my 16 year old brother to Turkey with my Dad.
My Dad booked with Thomas Cook for him and his girlfriend months ago but could not book my brother in due to his exams.
Well we now know his last exam is on the moring of June 25th so my dad has said if we find a good price he can go for a week to them.
He will need his own room so the price for him to fly out from Birmingham on the evening of the 25th is showing on thomas cooks website for a total of 563.00.
My dad says he will not pay that much and my brothers really upset so I said I would try and help to find them a better deal but I am having no luck so far.
He could fly from Manchester, Birmingham, East mids or Liverpool. My dad flys on the morning of 25th June for 14 nights so he can depart anytime from the afternoon of 25th to 2nd July.
Can anyone help us please.
Sorry edit to say the name of the hotel is Marti La Perla.

Sloppychops, saveapenny Thanks for looking but I have looked at the accom on Travelrepublic and direct to the hotel and we are talking 468.00 just for the accom with it being AI and a single supp.
With the flight on top and them prices having no transfers included think Thomas cook seems like a good deal.
