Sky TV - for those who had 50/75% off last year

Just a heads up really. Feb/March last year I had an offer if I came back to sky for 75% off (as did a number of other people on HUKD), and then I cancelled last month so it ended on the 29th March.
I had a 50% offer code from MSE, but realised it had expired before I could use it.
Rang up call center, said the code had expired, had a bit of a chat and asked if they could do anything for me.
Chap on the phone said he'd check the system, came back a minute later and said he would give me the 75% off offer again for 12 months with a 12 month contract. Thats for HD, movies and sports. First bill in june for £50ish and then £20.37 a month from august. Only condition is that you must still have the sky box and viewing card. Was working when I got home from work
So if anyone has cancelled recently and also had the 75% offer last year (or even 50%), now iss a good time to ring up and see what they can offer you, with footy season ending and no current new customer offers so they'll be keen to get people back. I tried to ask if they would give an offer to colleage who wanted to join but they said they can't even offer new customers 50% off.
Kinda backfired, as box is now full of wife's crap, like made in chelsea, catfish
