Bad credit rating

in Credit cards
I have a weak credit rating. I am now in a position to start nurturing it so that it increases. I want to transfer the credit on my 2 credit cards so I can use the money I currently pay on the interest to pay off the balance. However, as my credit rating is so low, I don't think any bank will let me do a balance transfer. How to make the poor even poorer! Any recommendations very welcome...

If you rating is too poor for a decent offer, then you'll need to get any card you can and use it properly - ie don;t miss payment etc. Then after 6-12 months, perhaps try for a better one.
It's not about making the poor poorer - it's about lenders not wanting to lend to people who have shown they don't like paying back.0
