Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 has 2 niggling issues help?

I have had my Note since November last year and all has been absolutely perfect up until a week or two ago and googling for soloutions isn't really helping me.

First off, the facebook app hasnt updated to the new summer time, everything shows as an hour behind? I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling it but, no change. I cannot find anywhere within the app to manually alter it either. It's not a huge issue but is a 'niggle'.

Second issue, and this one is properly winding me up, is that the native email app programme, i have used this from the beginning with an imap email account, with no problems.

Just a couple of weeks ago it is now not letting me delete my emails, well, it is, but it synchs them all back in again an hour later. There is no delete from server option in the settings, so i am somewhat stumped as to why this has all of a sudden just started happening.

The note and all of its main apps are fully up to date.

Any ideas?

Facebook is a known crap app and not something i know about .




I would backup data and contacts etc try carbon from the market .
Then factory reset .
