Excel parking swansea. Private parking fine

Hello. I received a parking fine for parking for longer than I was meant to. What standing do private companies have as I'm not too sure. Do they have power to enforce it? What will happen if I continue to ignore?
What is the law on this does anyone know?

all you have to do is read this forum,,the answer to your questions will then become very clear.incidentally it aint a "fine" merely a request for your money.there is plent of info about scum excel on here.

Quite right. Read any thread - preferably a few - see what other people have asked and how helpful the regulars can be, but you need to do some work on your own first.

I'm guessing either Parc Tawe North or Sainsbury's ? How long you've been ignoring them ? Have you appealed or used popla ? And are Debt Recovery plus/Zenith Collections contacting you ?

And it's not a fine but an invoice

There are many threads about Excel and their scam - This is not any kind of fine!

Have a shufty through the recent ones and have a look at the letters they are liable to send you in the letter chain threads.
