Extractor fan, my responsibility or landlords?

Hi,
Moved into a house Feb 2012 with working extractor fan in bathroom, and all of a sudden it's now stopped working, it's wired into the showers power on cord (as in the shower pull cord is on the ceiling) and when I turn that on to power the electric shower it activated the extractor fan.
Anyway as mentioned it's now stopped working (it had been rattling and making whining noises for a while now, but still worked until yesterday) so is it my responsibility to fix/replace or the landlords?
Thanks.

Landlords responsibility. Not an urgent repair so it could take a while so take pictures of the bathroom today and send them to the landlord and you shouldn't be responsible for any further damage that might occur due to not having the extractor fan running.:footie:
Regular savers earn 6% interest (HSBC, First Direct, M&S)
Loans cost 2.9% per year (Nationwide) = FREE money.

Shouldn't really be wired into the shower circuit.0
