Kitchen Recommendations Required

Hi Leif, I'm actually based in Berkshire. We've 4 good independents locally for the different brands and so I guess we need to have a chat with them. The one I haven't heard of before is masterclass and so I was keen to get some feedback on their quality. I must I'm surprised by the comments about the 2nd Nature kitchens.

Take a look at Optiplan, they have a good reputation. I used them and a former colleague did too, they are well organised and competitive with the likes of Magnet. Like you I was put off B&Q et al by online discussions, although the units seem to be okay, it's the fitting that is the issue.

If you want Second Nature doors, I can recommend someone who will probably take on a job in Berks. He uses decent carcases and is very honest.

I noticed your testimonial on the site. Did you know they are publishing your name and address!

I wouldn't recommend them at all, I had a rather unpleasant designer called Pam who didn't like that I wanted to know how she arrived at the £15k price. Just tell me what you want and I'll give you a price, very patronising all almost aggressive. Maybe I got her on a bad day and the others are better, but I certainly wouldn't go back nor recommend them to anyone.

It's also quite off putting when you pull up outside and see a brand new 850 BMW, you know you're in for a fleecing.
