Yep. More than likely they haven't copper slipped the back of the pads or re-inserted the anti-squeal shims properly. These are thin sheets of metal that sit between the brake piston(s) and the back of the pad and act to distribute the piston load across the pad in such a way as to prevent the squeal.0
