sounds like it just MSE pdf guides ( or a re-hashed version)
either
a. the ebay seller is really keen to let the world know about ML
b. He wants to sell anything to make a few pennies
c. He is including other info ( mortgage or non mortgage stuff) ?
d. selling buyers info on?
