I recieved a bill for gas and electric from my porovider but was severely confused as I am on pre-payment so I called up.
Turns out that the prices on my metre hadn't been updated in a while but as not my fault they wrote it off. Whilst I was on the phone the person I was speaking to did a quick check to see why the bill was so large and it turns out that they also had me on the wrong price plan so they switched me to the cheaper one (apparently it will save me £20-£30 a month but we'll see) and they put a £10 credit on my metre for my trouble. Result. :T

Hmmm - Suggest you examine the old Price plan you were on because of a supplier error, against the new one - Depending how long you have been on the wrong tariff, a £10 credit doesn't seem very much0
