Good evening can anybody help.
Printer was working perfectly for 2 years. Suddenly would not print and appeared off line. Have tried deinstalling and reinstalling and now cannot be seen on the network.
Printer itself is showing excellent link with the network. Even if I close down the Windows Firewall, I still cannot see it on either PC in the house.
Have also tried various help wizards.
Any suggestions anyone??

Reboot everything
Go through the printer networking options
Print a network preferences page - see what IP address it has grabbed for itself (eg 192.168.1.100)
Try accessing that from the PC in a browser window
I completely gave up using wireless to access an Epson recently, but it was fine over the wired network. If you can't get it working from scratch as above, be aware you could spend hours and hours fighting this, so good luck ;-)0 -
On the original fault, mine goes like that when one of the cartridges has gone beyond a certain point in use and is too empty for the printer to risk using it as it may run the head dry (bad) it just goes into 'ignore you' mode.
If you have an android phone (I think there is an app for iphone too) or a tablet try installing the Epson app and see if it will run with the printer, it should connect the phone/tablet directly via wifi and is simpler than trying to configure a PC. It will help eliminate the printer/printers wifi as the problem in which case you need to start over with the PC drivers. From memory its not just drivers, there are several bits that need installing in the right order to get it to work.

Solved thanks to you both for your help.
After much searching added an additional port (Epson net) via the control panel and it is working perfectly!:j0
