UKCPS, Savills, disabled bay, nil tax, NO blue badge

I have a car with nil tax, got a notice for parking in a disabled spot, emailed with a copy of tax disc, blue badge and mentioned the Equality act 2010, the email bounced back telling me to write, I didn't as I had already contacted them as they originally requested (on the notice).
I also emailed Savills, the retail park and the owners (??) with no response from anyone.
This morning I've received a notice to keeper.
Do I just sit it out now or should I be proactive with Savills etc?
I agree with Stroma, do not take this lying down. Appeal as per the NTK and include Savills again. You really SHOULD have written though; stop playing games with the scammer and do it their way and if that means sending a letter then write to UKCPS snail mail this time.
You can re-word this that I have just posted for someone who is already at POPLA stage where the Operator has broken disability law - see post #13:

You will need to re-word it but can use the basis of the argument. Demand a POPLA appeal verification code at the end and obviously don't word it for POPLA (like you will see that linked version is). It will just need tweaking by you to make sense as a complaint/appeal to UKCPS/Savills instead (and you can warn Savills that they are jointly and severally liable for the breach). Do not say whether you displayed your Badge or not, this is not an appeal of excuses about what you did, it's a legal challenge against what UKCPS did.PRIVATE 'PCN'? I wouldn't even follow up the UKCPS email at all, just print it out ready for your POPLA appeal if need be; print your appeal and their acknowledgement for your records & future POPLA ammo!Coupon-mad wrote: »You really SHOULD have written though; stop playing games with the scammer and do it their way and if that means sending a letter then write to UKCPS snail mail this time.
That's harsh. I'm not playing games, I've been following advice.0 -
