When do u get new FlexDirect account number?

Hi I have opened a FlexDirect nationwide account online and was accepted. However it did not give me any reference or account number and said the paper pack and debit card would arrive in 3-5 days, is this normal? Or have I missed a screen with my new account details on!

I opened a few and the sort code and account number were given each time on the confirmation screen. May be they have recently changed their application process because of the popularity of the account?

Mmmm. Am thinking now maybe I clicked too quick and missed it! Anyone else applied online recently?

It should appear overnight in your online banking if you are an existing Nationwide customer.

If you aren't, you'll have to wait until you get all the paraphernalia in the post

Thanks - just for information in case anyone else is in my situation, if youre new to nationwide you have to wiat for your pack to come through the post (3-5days) for your account details.
However, if you need to know the account number ASAP you can call the nationwide new business team and they can tell you sooner (ie the next day-ish).
