    Very few if any care how long you have been a customer. They also don't care whether you stay or leave.

    It's difficult to prove we didn't receive a letter. My guess it was sent to me but the information was buried in a load of blurb.

    I certainly agree NatWest don't care, but if enough people did this they would. NatWest exist to serve the interests of the board, their most highly paid employees and to a lesser extent shareholders. Lazy Customers are fodder. I've effectively moved away from them already, although kept this account open to circle money from Santander.

    Those darling people at the Nat-West have offered to refund my charges on the basis I can't remember receiving information on the changes to the T&C. I will have to say nice things about them now!

    It's normally the glossy thing you recieve with your statement that customers generally throw away. Alternaively if your paper free it's that email you recieved but then deleted. Lol
