    I've just bought a Rover 75 on 150k, I've had a few of them and they've all been trouble free and 100k+ (one was on 190k, and had a very reliable life with hardly any major issues).

    All depends on the car.

    Same as above with BMW 5-series. On my 3rd and can't see me changing to anything different any time soon. Current one is a 2001 'Y'.
