Transfer of funds internationally

Can anyone please help confirm who can "trace" an international wire? Last week I used Exchange for free to transfer funds to Canada (a process I have done many times over the years without a hitch). The problem is the money has not arrived. Exchange for free have confirmed it has been sent without a hitch but my Canadian bank say they do not have it and only the sender can trace the money? Any suggestions? Thanks!

It's obviously the 'exchange' and their bank that can trace it.0

First of all, double check that the exchange company sent the funds to the correct account details (they might have mistyped a number?).
Or have the Canadian Bank changed any of the account details recently?
If you are sure the funds were correctly sent you need to ask the exchange co to trace the transfer, they can definitely trace it. They might try to charge you an extra fee but if its their mistake they shouldnt do that.0
