Dunno anything about twitter, but Facebook app for Android is rubbish, its nosey, intrusive and has a nasty habit of defaulting back to the settings it prefers and not what you prefer on updates. Poor functionality too.

Much better installing a decent browser like Opera and just bookmarking Facebook page. Opera has a function to create a desktop shortcut icon to a webpage so you can open facebook effectively with one click just like the app.

You may install both from Google Play. I don't use any of these and still do not have any problems with FB or Twitter.

Falling out with google. I went to leave feedback for an app and it said i had to verify all my details. It thought my name was fake.

Well YES.. Why would i give you my real details?

Have you seen the list of stuff facebook try to load when you login?

I have no script on and the list is quite long.
