Bad printing company 'service' that needs to be dealt with

On Tuesday, 1st May, I added 2 inks to my shopping basket on the website of PRINT CARTRIDGE DIRECT (https://www.printcartridgedirect.com) and proceeded to the checkout.
However, their checkout was not working. So I rang all of the telephone numbers posted on their website, and eventually got through after 1 and a half hours. I required the inks for that week, and was dissaspointed when I was told after the transaction that by the time I had got through, that my order will be shipped a day later but should arrive by Wednesday or Thursday.
They did not. They arived on Friday, which was too late, as I had to go and present my work to my University tutor without the vital printouts to support my work, as the inks had only arrived after I had left.
Also, the item no. 18C0034 was supossed to come with a 20 sheet photo paper pack, and this was confirmed over the phone just before they processed the transaction from my debit card, but did not arrive with the package, which had more than enough room for the missing item, and there was no note to apologise for the missing item at all.
Their website clearly states that they give 100% refund, but they have not even acknowledged any of my emails asking for confimation of how to return the goods with guarantee of receiving my money back, and nobody answers the phone anymore.
I feel that the company should be exposed and others should not shop from the store.
On Tuesday May 8th, I sent the following email (quoting my order and invoice numbers) to the company's posted email contact address (kath@printcartridgedirect.com):
"I required the inks for Thursday, after trying to get through from 3pm until 4:30pm last Tuesday.
I eventually received them on Friday, which first of all arrived too late, and second of all, were not recognised by my Lexmark printer.
I require a refund of £30.98
Can you please give confirmation.
Many thanks
Dawn Ovonlen"
No reply.
I tried ringing, with the items readily packaged to return, but to no avail.
On May 11th, I sent the following email:
"Can you please give confirmation of a refund for the inks that I purchased.
I have attached evidence of the inks' outcome and effect it has had on my Lexmark fax printer to this message.
Yours sincerley
Dawn Ovonlen
PS: I have been trying to get through to your company via your several lines but to no avail.
Your website clearly states that you provide 100% refund.
If you fail to respond within two working days, I shall report this situation to an authoritive body.
Thank you."
No reply once again.
The last message I sent, on May 12th:
"Or can I exchange the cartridges for the original Lexmark cartridges?
Please give confirmation.
Many thanks
Dawn Ovonlen"
No response at all.
Should I just return the items by Recorded Delivery, or wait for someone to actually confirm it first??

Why didn't you just go to a pc shop/supermarket for them? prob just as cheap.
If you want to pursue this, I suggest just waiting a couple of days, they're either snowed under with e-mails and dealing with earlier ones, or your many e-mails in a short period of time has irked them to the point your on a blacklist.0 -
I didi not go to a shop Bcos I was using the Internet on my new phone, and had been purchasing items from eBay (all of which I have recieved completely), and I browsed the web for a company that sell inks and delivery same day (check https://www.printcartridgedirect.com and see their claims), as I had/have a lot of Uni work to complete for next week deadline + final exhibiton, and I felt that I didnt have enough time to got to the shops at the time.
It has been 18 days since I placed the order, and 14 days since receiving it, and apart fom the latest email suggesting an exchange, I only emailed them once a week, but have been trying to phone everyday about the missing item as well as the damage the ink cause to my printer whn thy said that it wouldn't occur (i hav taken photos of the display scren of my fax/printer which reads: 'Right ink cartridge missing', nd refuses to print any longer no matter what, and it is only 1 month old) Lexmark from Argos).0 -
UPDATE:
I FINALLY got through!!
It's a good thing that I did not go ahead with sending off the package before geting a response from them, Bcos they gave me two long reference numbers to confirm the return of the items before sending them back.
CASE CLOSED!0 -
But it did feel like a long time coming seeing as I had ben stuck ith the package for two weeks..0

Even though I sent back the items, I did not receive any refund, despite the PrintCartridge Direct representative sounding as if he was processing the refund when he (sounded like) he was entering & checking my order details.I have checked my bank account statements, and it turns out that as soon as I had phoned to request my refund calmly, as I had returned the items intact, via Recorded Delivery, AND I had not even received the free pack of 20sheets of photo paper, it states that that a £31.97 amount was DEDUCTED from my bank account, dated 'May 14 for card payment on May 02'.What should I do?0
