I sent them an email last night as still have not received mine. They said that they had a problem with the courier and have had to rearrange some of the deliveries. After taking a look at the twitter/fb of the delivery company, it seems it's a VERY small operation, potentially one single lady delivering from her transit van all over the country, as the tweets are all tagged with different places and it seems she's doing the relentless stuff as mentioned here.
