Lol!! Surprised your firm hasn't been done for disability discrimination! I'm sure some employees would see it as such and make a nuisance of themselves.0 -

It is an international law firm so they have done it properly. Any deductions from the bonus are reviewed on a "case by case" basis, so sickness absence due to pregnancy or disability is not included. I have to say, it has massively cut down the "long weekend crew" who habitually have migraines on a Monday or Friday
