need help on new build apartment

Options
hi i went to see a some new apartments which are not yet built but would be ready within 6 months. the price on the website was for £150 000 for 2 bedroomed apartments.

However the qouted prices were like £156 000 for a one bedroomed and £186 000 for 2 bedrooms with ensuite.

This was 2 weeks ago, and now i was phoned and told there are a limited ones available for £150 000 which are 2 bedroomed and ensuite but is on the ground floor.

My question is does this sound right? it seems quite a cut in price! also is it becasue the flat is on the ground floor?
and do you think i should maybe wait a bit more so that they lower it, or should i ask for extras to be included, fairly new at this so would appreciate all help. thank you

Sometimes the last few on a development will drop in price as the developers want rid of them ,then they can move onto the next one ...............this happened where I live ,you could try asking for extras ,what have you got to lose......they can either say yes or no.

If you wait too long ,will you miss out altogether.
If you can show them you can move quickly on a purchase ,they are more likely to be accommodating in my opinion.

all the above is true, plus ground floor apartments are usually sort after by elder people (ease of access) ask them Why the price is lower let them chase you for a couple of days and see how the incentives increase. End of year is drawing in for lots of developers from April - June is a good time to buy, try to find out the year end dates for each developers.
my bark is worse than my bite!!!!!!!!
