I'd make a joke about Yodel, but you wouldn't get it.

Another firm that I now won't do business with.

On reflection on this occasion l have to admit that l only just now read the Delivery Information on their web site and to be fair they clearly state that orders over 2kg are sent via Yodel.

At least l now know another company to avoid.

I think the latter is a good thing to do. If companies don't realise that you're put off by their choice of courier, they'll continue to outsource to these rubbish firms.

If enough people let them know 'I'd love to do business with you, but I don't have any faith in Yodel or whoever' then it might make them reconsider. I complained about a choice of courier to Amazon and they resent my package using RM, which I was happy with.

Just a thought.

I do that as I live in a rural area and the courier depots are all miles away. I have had a few companies refuse to tell me so I have decided to not order from them.
