Must be 21 or over (thanks norfolkmist - see post #2).
Also, Moneybot (see post #5) pointed out that the T&C mention only US airfares. My guess is this is just a typo on their part as airfares from UK are clearly stated in the prize description, but best to know if you are thinking of entering.

It does say it's open to UK residents but doesn't say anything about flights from the UK

4. Prize. The grand prize is the following: A guided tour of five office headquarters: Fab.com, Warby Parker, Quirky, Tumblr, and Foursquare; One one-on-one meeting with Rachel Haot; Six night accommodation in a single room with two beds at Tribeca Grand Hotel in New York City ($1,400); Two round-trip economy class tickets to New York City from an airport nearest Winner's home residence in the United States ($1,300); Two VIP Tickets to Internet Week NY ($2,000), a week of free classes and coworking at General Assembly ($200); Winner and winner’s guest must be at least 21 years of age, a legal U.S. or U.K. resident and must also agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined here.
