Xtra Payment From Tax Credits

hi
I received our normal monthly payment off tax credits on tuesday of £500.
I rang last saturday with my husbands actual profit for 06-07 as we had estimated it higher as when we came to renew he hadntt had his accounts back. The girl said we'd be due a little something back.
I've just phoned the bank and they've put a payment in of £556 and one of £24.00!!!!!!!! :T Could this be the finalised award from 06-07? i.e. what they owed us?

Yes it's very likely. There is a thread further down regarding CTC extra payments.
After sending in my annual review i recieved an extra payment of £30.0
