completion certificate???????

Hope you are all well?

Ok not been on hope much but when I have you have been really helpful. Last April, yes April 2012 I made my last IVA payment to DFD. I am still waiting on my completion certificate. I get the feeling this isn't unusual.
Equity in finance are still dealing with my ppi claims and this is the excuse they are currently using, 6months ago was VAT issues, I understand all this and how could delay everything but is there atime limit?
Equity stated today that Barclaycard require proof of my new address, which I have been in for a year now, poss bit longer, and that I need to provide a proof of my address via equity before my certificate can be issued. I have responded twice now to Barclaycard so feel a bit suspicious now!

It's just another year without being able to clear my credit history.

Are there any time scales re getting certificates or being able to get all this ppi stuff sorted as equity seem just at unorganized as DFD!
