Which publications give best advice?

I am in the process of sorting my endowment problems out and I would like some advice please on which newspapers and/or magazines I should read.

I do have an IFA that I trust but I am a acomplete novice when it comes to savings and investments and I would like to do some homework before I make any final decisions.

I stopped reading the tabloids many years ago as I prefer to watch the news. I often see posts on the boards about the pro's and con's of different papers but it would be wonderful if someone could point me in the right direction.

I have ordered a copy of the Daily Telegraph Guide to With Profits Bonds. I hope this is a good start!

I'm no expert but on these boards it seems that anything that has either the words 'with profits' or 'bonds' doesn't appear to be looked on with favour, so the whole lot together doesn't augur well.
