Confusing, my credit report says:

Strange yeah? I have 2 Credit cards I've had for years and they have been registered to this address for at least 2 years.
Anyone know what this could mean?
EDIT:
In the credit report section, the 2 credit cards with accurate balances are shown, so equifax are not oblivious to their existence :-/

You have lived at your present address 2 years but have 6 ACTIVE at previous addresses???I have numerous qualifications in Business and Finance, Accountancy, Health and Safety and am now studying Law.
Don't rely on anything I write as it may be wrong!!!0 -
I have a similar problem with my Equifax report as I live in a flat and the address comes up in a couple of slightly different formats. Experian is fine but Equifax has nothing linked to my current address and I seem to have been turned down by Barclaycard as a result of them not being able to find my details, went to Nationwide instead and didn't have a problem as they check Experian. Experian's site is also a lot more user friendly IMO0

Have you contacted Equifax ? , I had problems with my report, contacted them via their site, OK it took 9 Week or so to resolve :beer:There are more questions than answers :shhh: :silenced:WARNING ! May go silent for unfriendly repliesPlease excuse me Spell it MOST times:A UK Resident :A0 -
Equifax seem to have a habit of not keeping upto date information on people and a few months ago there was BBC report on it where people were being declined cards etc.
Best thing to do is get hold of your credit reports from the other credit rating agencies and built a case to prove to Equifax that the information they have on yourself is either incorrect or not complete.0 -
I have a similar problem, when I checked my credit report on experiean, my score was poor. I was a bit shocked as I use my cc for purchases and have been using it for several years.
I called them up and they said that there's not cc linked to my account.
It was to do with my name being inaccurate, so I send them an experian alias form which tells what other names, address I am know and lived in.
Hopefully this should update my details.
Did it a couple of days ago and still waiting for a reply.0 -

The advice I was given by Equifax was to contact my credit provider, bank etc to ask them to update them but given that Experian have the right details showing, I'm a bit confused - glad most lenders tend to use Experian in the first instance!
Equifax seem more difficult to deal with, although in fairness they have answered my questions very quickly which I submitted online as when I phoned earlier it was quite a difficult call as their call centre seems to be overseas.0
