Where to get / cost of an EPC

Hi

We are just putting our house in the market and need to get an EPC. Estate Agents have quoted us £82.50 + vat.
Does anyone know of any reputable places that may do it cheaper?

Thanks

Landmark is the central register of energy assessors so may be an idea to look there - you can enter your postcode and find someone nearby. https://www.epcregister.com/

Emphasis is on cheap not reputable. You just need the bit of paper at the least cost.

    Thanks for all your replies!

I have just contacted someone through the epc register and he has quoted £40 total, from your replies this sounds a sensible figure?

Much better than the £99 total quoted by the estate agent!

    Thanks
