An unusual question...

I sent an item to Russia in January. Buyer e-mailed after two months to say she had not received it so I refunded her in full. I have had an e-mail today to say she has now received the item and (very kindly) wants to pay for it. However I cancelled the transaction after I refunded to get my fees back so is it possible for her to pay now? I'm quite happy then mark it as payment received so I repay the fees but not sure how to do it. Any ideas?? I haven't claimed back from royal Mail as the item went to Russia so just assumed I would need to take the loss.

She can send you the money via Paypal to your email address.
PS: It is good to hear that not INRs are scammers.0 -
You should have her paypal email address, log in to your paypal and send an invoice.0

Thanks for your help guys. It was indeed a pleasant surprise to get the message today. I did believe that she was genuine and just thought the Russian postal system was to blame, which indeed it was as its taken 10 weeks to get to her!!0
