NRAM "demanding" Income and Expenditure. Help needed please

Either that or they are genuinely unreasonable or are incapable of looking at the situation objectively.
There isn't time to micro manage accounts. The £45 shortfall represents a couldn't care less attitude on part of the debtor. Let someone do it once. In the future there'll be another excuse. If there's an agreed arrangement stick to it. Don't play games and think you can make your own rules up as you wish. Simple as that.0 -
Think the original contract has been broken on a number of occasions.0

I wasn't actually criticising the bank - I was saying the debtor might not be looking at the situation in a reasonable way (it appears this is your view also).0 -
It is not unreasonable for the bank to ask for an Income and Expenditure statement. Without it all the bank has to go on is that an agreement supported by a court order has been breached.
As mentioned above it is highly unlikely the court will look favourably on this as it is not a family home.
If your friend is really annoyed with the bank they have the option to simply repay the entire amount and be rid of NRAM forever. Presumably no-one else will lend them the money to do this, and this might be because your friend is a credit risk NRAM would rather be rid of.0 -
Why is providing the details such a big issue?0
