Utilities Warehouse High Prices HELP!
Can you help me with a utility problem: I had my gas & electric with Utilities Warehouse since June 2012 and provided my meter readings monthly - we are careful and not excessive users and the bills where between 420 and 500 plus per month! changed to EON who say based on our usage monthly DD is 150 for combined G & E. I have emailed Utility Warehouse to complain of their extortionate prices and they say that charges where for my monthly readings and usage. BUT I feel they have been charging far too much, do I have a case or can they get away with these charges?? Many thanks for any advice
