Half of the people can be part right all of the time, Some of the people can be all right part of the time.
But all the people can't be all right all the time. .........I think Abraham Lincoln said that.

Hi all, haven't tried any of this myself yet, just coming round to the idea. Though I have spent quite a few hours scrolling the tesco threads. I think ive got the hang of the totaling and the deducting, so have just a few questions still not clear.
1. can you use multiples of the same voucher, or only certain ones?
2. If after sums your in credit to use on shopping, how do u do this? stick it all on till and use vouchers at the end, of whole (clothes n shopping). or seperate put clothes through, give vouchers, put shopping through?
God i feel like im complicating things myself? Always thinking!

Hi Sherry! I seem to be following you around this morning!
1. Multiples, depending on spend; see post 1 for details/examples.
2. Throw it all on the conveyor belt in any order including any groceries you have; when SA gives you the total, hand over the coupons, sit back and watch the £££ drop off.;)0 -
hi all, this is my first post and ive gotta say THANK YOU to you all for helping me save some money through tesco!!!!! Now for the questions....haha. Ive signed up to recieve the £25 money off vouchers through the tesco link what was posted somewhere on here .... but , do they just send you the vouchers once and then thats it or do you go in a mailing list and they send some out every couple of months??? just wundered as ive heard a few of you mention different coloured vouchers. Also if anyone is near rotherham pm me and we cud try and help each other locate the vouchers..... xxxneed to pay my dad back challenge[STRIKE]£3000: £2950: £2750: £2640:£2560:£1560[/STRIKE]:D £0.00:D

My bottle seems to have disappeared so I nearly didnt bother with Tesco this morning but I forced myself and came away with a till spit for 300 points if I spend £12 on mens clothing. Stunned to the core -All I've had in 7 weeks is a points coupon for Womans weekly :rotfl:
Please can anyone tell me wether this will scan on any clothing, not just mens?
So here is my plan of attack. Firstly find a large busy Tesco, then
£30 on womens,
£12 on mens
£20 on childrens comprising of school shoes and at least £5 on school clothing
Hopefully then I can then use
£10 blue coupon off a £50 spend
£6 blue mens coupon
£6 off a £30 womens clothing spend
leaving £26 to pay
300 points for a £12 mens clothing spend
300 points from last weeks school clothing mailing
100 points for a kids clothing spend from last weeks school clothing mailing
50 points for kids school footwear spend from last weeks school clothing mailing
The childrens clothing will go straight back so that will still leave a £6 balance on my card. Not sure wether to disguise this though by also doing a £10 health and beauty spend but this would add to the number of coupons on the till and might even leave me with a smaller balance. Perhaps get some food shopping or a gift card as well?
Does anyone see any holes in this plan apart from the obvious ones, having to spend two hours in Tesco clothing trying to find something in the sale that is actually in our size and is not hideous, finding a till girl who wont mind taking several coupons and a CS who wont mind doing a refund on a heavily couponed till receipt :rotfl:

Now, you all thought i'd found some coupons didn't you!Autism Mum Survival Kit: Duct tape, Polyfilla, WD40, Batteries (lots of),various chargers, vats of coffee, bacon & wine.0 -
I started buying trousers when the coupons were out and we were buying the 35/25 split. I bought socks & underwear too.
Polo shirts, i bought on the 3 4 2 promotion, used a £6 mens & £4 kids blues & a DM voucher.
Just less than half price for something i needed was still better than full priceAutism Mum Survival Kit: Duct tape, Polyfilla, WD40, Batteries (lots of),various chargers, vats of coffee, bacon & wine.0 -
Blimey! I don't blame you at that price.
I've had no school mailing either, i understand it's just Scotland at the moment, but.....from what i've read, they send them out when the *back to school* section comes out instore.
Went to huge extra today (no coupons though) and there was an area roped off with some school uniform already merchandised and about a hundred cardboard boxes of school stuff (i read the writing on the boxes LOL), so it's looks like we might get one soon
