Well success, I was supposed to go out with my co-workers today for a section lunch, but as I had spent the morning snipping vouchers from the office newsracks and the Times T2 supplement I thought I'd go tescoing instead.

I was looking for the 50% off kids clothing signs but there wasnt much that I could see, so bought:

a white dress and leggings for DD3, a black multi-coloured t-shirt for stroppy welshy aka DD1, 2 pairs of school trousers for DS, and finally a pair of trainers and swimming googles and hairbands for DD2. This came to £30

I used one £6 red quit, one £4 off a £20 kids spend (expires 1/6) and I also successfuly used the £6 off a £30 mens without buying any mens clothing so it was £14 to pay but I had DM vouchers, huggies vouchers and the vouchers from the Times today so my clothing was completely free.

I also used the 400 point vouchers for kids clothing - thanks to the MSE member who swapped me and I used my 250 till spit for kids clothing - earning 650 points or another £26 towards our family holiday.

I then did a transaction of toiletries, healthcare and bought some reduced cat food £2.00 for 12 cans - top bargain.

Anyway, total bills came to £2.85 from an original £61 and I earnt over my 2 clubcards just over 1100 points - which is another £44.00 towards our family - my sig refers.

The SA was very happy to scan anything - and was discussing the effects of slimfast and her gas problem as she put my vouchers through.

Very pleased now as when I get the kiddies school uniform I will be using the £6 mens again knowing it works.

Hiya Patty  whilst I was tescoing I noticed the Umbro items were in the sale section with the shorts at £4 instead of £7.

I didn't know about the £6 mens voucher so was really pleased - the SA actually read the front and I thought here we go but she still scanned it despite reading that it said mens on it.

    They are definately out there!

    Just 1 voucher on a sheet, £6 off £30, exp. 6/6/07

My theory is that it is the stores listed here which have them

No new clothing vouchers in my store today, but planned to do a small clothes shop with my groceries to use up various vouchers. I had 2 womens tops, 1x £18 and 1x £20, so thought I could use £6 red Quit, blue £6 womens and/or blue £6 mens, possibly 300pts wys £12 on mens, 200pts wys £10 on non-food, £7 wys £50 instore, 400pts wys £15 on womens.

Had made sure it was over £50 with a few groceries, but at the till found both tops had been REDUCED shock horror  , they were only £13 and £15, so under £30. As a result could not use either blue, or the red Quit, the mens 300ptr does not scan against womens either (worth a try), so got handed quit a few coupons back. Asked him nicely if I could give him some others, and gave a few large ones from the newspapers, so all was not lost. But can see the tops going back and possibly re-bought along with something else to use these lovely coupons before they expire!

Welshy, did your blue £4 kids ones dtd 1/6 scan ok? Might have to dash out again today if they do...
