ive got the form so didnt email this week
just a point on letter i received about a win the email they gave was different cant find letter now i want it think it said realpeoplemag rather than magazine

I don't think it's the email address. For issue 19 I sent an email to @realpeoplemagazine and I got a response from @realpeoplemag - and that was less than a week ago. It's all very strange.

Don’t be alarmed - your competition entries were received on time! We
realise that in the last week we may have by mistake emailed you saying
your entry was never received. This is a computer glitch in our system, and
a genuine error - we’re so sorry for alarming you.



As you know Real People Competitions are fantastically popular - to improve
the way in which we handle entries, we recently changed the company that
processes our email competition entries so that we can deal with them more
efficiently.



Part of this process is making a copy of all of the old competition entries
which we keep for auditing purposes. Unfortunately, while creating this
copy some auto-reply emails were generated. You may have received a notice
saying your previous or current email entries were not received – this is
not the case. Please be assured your competition entry was safely received
at the time you sent it.



We apologise for any confusion this may have caused. We are terribly sorry
if you receive this email multiple times – we wanted to contact everyone
who may have received one or many non-delivery reports to assure all email
entrants that their entries were, and still are being received.
