can anyone tell me if after medical for esa im told i need to go in work group, does this affect my DLA or do i continue to get it, thanks

It may be that if your DLA comes up for review (either periodically, or randomly) that they will use the evidence gathered for ESA as part of their decision.
If - for example - you are given DLA because you can't walk at all - and you later get ESA - for which you're assessed as being able to walk, but qualify through other means - then it's important to challenge the medical report and make sure there is a note that it's inaccurate.

DLA and ESA are totally separate benefits - Until UC comes into effect at least - If you already claim DLA and get put into ESA work group - it makes no difference to your DLA !!
Many people (myself included) receive DLA and work (no ESA claim at all)
But as rogerblack says - you may be reassessed at any point for any reason.0
