Hi Folks

Anyone following my thread can see im 1st time buyer, buying a repossession. So few hick-ups along way but i now have purchase price agreed and mortgage offer in post.

Does anyone know what the 'norm' time frame is for the solicitor stage in purchase. If there was no complications what is the best i could hope for.

Fear of being gazumped so trying to gage how long my nerves have to stand lol.
