I was currently living with my mums ex partner for 20+ years they split up so mum got 1 bedroom flat for herself, I had big argument with mums ex and I went in panic I went to my mums I've been there 2 days my is disabled ,I'm 31, I work 32 hours , I am only here say 2 days out of the week but sleep 3 days here and others at friends. I would like to live with my mum although this is a one bedroom, I need help knowing what to do for the best, what would the council do if I let them know I'm gonna stay here perm. As I don't want to get mum in trouble please help for my best options

Your mother can have you staying there without having to tell the Council about it. You're not a dependent so there would be no advantage in telling them and then expecting them to rehouse you both to a larger property.
I think your number one priority should be to get some savings behind you and look into going into a flat or house-share with other young people.0
