Motor Legal Protection

It seems to me that motor legal protection sold by car insurance firms is just a good way of bumping up already high premiums.
I've found a firm that sells it for £10 a year covering all cars and family members at the same address. It's called Driver Guardian.
Does anyone know anything about this firm - any negative feedback?

Motor legal protection is, IMHO a waste of money and simply a means of bumping up costs.
I had a friend who tried to get LV interested in fulfilling their obligations under MLP and they were completely useless and she had to litigate herself..a rubbish product and a rubbish company.Feudal Britain needs land reform. 70% of the land is "owned" by 1 % of the population and at least 50% is unregistered (inherited by landed gentry). Thats why your slave box costs so much..0 -
Complete opposite. I had it with Bell, was involved in an accident and found their legal team to be excellent.
Would never not have it now, though recognise it probably varies between companies.
It effectively adds on an assumption that should really happen already though, that your insurer will represent your interests and not their own.0 -
One good and one bad with legal protection.
One a lad borrowed the family car whilst they were on holiday and crashed into the back of me. All letters were returned no longer at this address and that was it for them. Not worth chasing.
But when a guy in a company car pulled out from a side road and crashed into the side of me. They got it all sorted. I got a decent payout.Censorship Reigns Supreme in Troll City...0
