Does anyone know at what age child benefit and ctc will cease if the children in question are in FTE.

It depends, for children born after 19th April 1987 it can now be paid to 20 under some circumstances

They can be paid up until the September following there 19th birthday, so long as they stay in FTE. (FTE only has to be 16hrs).
