How do I claim my credit card charges back?

Hi
I know how to claim my bank charges back, and I have just sent off my letters to Nat West to start that process.
The problem I have is that I would like to claim my credit card charges back, I did have 8 cards, now have 2, as even though am a single parent to 2 kids, I managed to pay off the others.
Question- how do i get all the charges info on my closed accounts?
