The OP is overspent by £80 a month already, if all these other amounts are added this figure will increase. With the figures as they are thee will be no IPA, so there is no real need except to show the OP how short of cash she is going to be every month. Can she explain how after going br , the books can be balanced. It looks as if you will struggle, just my opinion.

Hold on a moment, in your figures above have you included child benefit? if so the OR does not take that into consideration, unless that has changed.

if they are included she is in an under spend I think, I know I had this problem understanding this part and it was the night before my court hearing and everyone on here helped me out.

just a thought I remember seeing on here the figures must balance, as they will not be happy with more going out than coming in, as you could get into further debt.
can you get your works mileage recorded as expenses which will not be included in your income.

Rylynn, child benefit does count as income, any income does. It is only if all your income is benefits then an IPA isn't sought which might be what you are thinking of. I might mention though that a lot of your posts are what you 'think' or 'assume' and are not correct and that may confuse readers. It might be an idea not to mention things you are not sure about and let others answer who know. I know that you mean well though and your support of others is appreciated.

s your SoA you won't get an IPA as you are operating on a deficite.

What is the secured loan for? Are you getting all the benefits you are entitled to?

Hi my loan is the hp on my car which finishes in September this year - I am getting everything apparently I am entitled too who works that out I don't know but that's a different story - would it be easier just to out my weekly wage and then fuel allowance in total earnings then and reduce the fuel down if that makes sense??

remember they will need to see your wage and bank statements.
  • £55 a month on phones/phone line but not enough money for insurance?

Even if you take a nominal contents only amount its worthwhile.

Losing everything you own for the sake of £25 a month does not seem like sense to me.

Obvioulsy I dont know your cirucmstances, but for me insurance is prioirty over luxuires.

    Food for thought.
