Where is the income from the petrol allowance?
If you get an allowance why are you claiming fuel?

You have nothing for haircuts or entertainment, or household insurance?

I am 2 weeks behind in getting fuel so it gets paid into my wages based on a computer calculating the distance I travel from one client to another this might not necessarily cover all travelling if that makes sense and with the cost of fuel - so what and how do u suggest I record it

have the forms changed, as I know I put hair cuts down I had a son who had to have his hair cut.

You should also be allowed an activity once a week for a child, mind you I have no idea how old your child is.

On the petrol I take it part of that must be for personal use, ie shopping etc.

Yeah my daughter is 13, at the bottom of the form it just says other so shall I put those figures in there then? I reckon I spend about 35 quid a week on work fuel but this changes weekly if I do a different round and I have to fork out for it and then eventually get it back in my wages, so that figure is for everything including shopping etc

There are some average figures on entertainment and for the life of me I cannot remember what they are, but it is so your daughter can have something to do once a week, be it swimming, cinema, bowling etc. Other may very well have been where I put those figures and broke them down to show each one on its own.
