Buyer wants to see under floor, who should pay for it?

You will have agro getting laminate floor up and refitted. Does it tuck under the skirting board?

That's what we ended up doing. The store area is not covered by the laminate flooring and we lift the edge to take photos. Hopefully that's enough.0 -
Argh ... buyer wants to see 2 more locations that have been identified as "damp" by the surveyor. Not sure what they'll find out, lift the floor and voila it's concrete.
So I've told the EA that I'm happy to provide access if the buyer wants to organise a builder to lift the floor and put it back again.0
