Try your local council trade waste dept.
Mine are the cheapest by far.......& only charge £20.00 per year for the EPA certificate....not £96.00 like Biffa !!
there 4th clause states "Biffa shall have the right to increase the charge at any time..................."
but it gives no options to be released from the contract because they want to put up prices by a huge percentage?
In a B2B contract, this is usually the case.
I try to make sure our company contracts are fair to the person we're dealing with, but at the same time we have a lot larger competition who can (and will) give the earth if it's something they want. Biffa aren't in this position.........
