Halifax and Lloyds both give the same error message (not surprising as it's basically the same website).0

Yes, when I tried to log in a short while ago I got a message saying something like 'sorry you do not have any accounts that can be accessed through online banking' blah blah blah, which of course is rubbish because I've got 4 online accounts with the Halifax, it gave a phone number to ring for further details but I guessed it was some kind of technical error so I didn't bother to ring it, mind you, I've got sod all in any of them at the moment so I won't be losing too much sleep yet:D but I hope whatever is wrong will be sorted by next week payday, it wouldn't surprise me if it was another hacker attack or something like that!0

Oh, thank goodness
I thought it was just me and I had been hacked. I got the same message as Brains64.
I hate having to phone 0845 numbers and there is no 0800 on saynoto0870 for online bankingLife is not the way it’s supposed to be. It’s the way it is. The way you cope with it is what makes the difference.0 -
Hi I was trying to log on on Saturday afternoon there and put in my sign details correctly. It kept coming up that they were wrong. I double checked but no they kept saying they were wrong. I ended up being told to reset my password which I did but then was told to ring them. So when I did that was told I would have to wait on something in the post then I will have to ring them again and it will be sorted. I knew I was signing in correctly!!Do a little kindness every day.;)0
