The submit button doesn't work either. What I have been having to do is log out then log in again. This still won't let me access my account from the top but if I go to the right side menu and click on my piggybank it brings up the details. I am then able to see the list of vouchers I could order but have not tried to yet.
I searched crossword earlier and there was a cadburys flake one but it said I wasn't authorised to access it?

I have just got this from the pigsback forum. So be aware that things may change

"From July 1st, we will no longer require you to spend your PiggyPoints within a 12 month window provided you have not become inactive for a long period. We define this as 6 continuous calendar months without a visit to your HomePage. This is all you need to do to keep your PiggyPoints alive.


Take the example of a member who has earned PiggyPoints and does not visit us for 5 months and 29 days, but visits on the last day of the 6th month: Their PiggyPoints are then good for at least another 6 months.
So the message is simple: "Remain active, your PiggyPoints remain alive"
