hiya i think it was because people were having troube validating their accounts with a mobile number which you need to do when ordering your first voucher, i found this post on the pigsback forum & posted it here earlier it might explain things a bit..

Mobile validation for first time Reward orders is out of action at the moment. I do have our tech team on the case though so we'll have it fixed as soon as we can.
In the meantime any PiggyPoints in your account won't expire so once mobile validation is back up and running you will still be able to order Rewards.

Help! I'm trying to order my first voucher on Pigsback but I entered my mobile number about half an hour ago and have recieved no validation code. What should I do?

password signing in problems-- I had same problem they told me to go to internet properties delete temporary files and also delete cookies then log on again should work mine did.
