I do my grocery shopping online I have done for years
Two weeks ago my order from Asda arrived minus 3 tins of mushy peas.
I tried to ring them but after 20 mins waiting in line I hung up and decided to email them.
I still have not heard from them about my order.
I know the items were only for £1.08 but that;s not the point.
My rant over

If we have any issues we just use the online contact form. It might take a few days but they always respond (and always refund for missing, damaged or poor quality items).0
