I have just checked my bank account and I have had £89.99 taken from my current account for Rejuvenex products which i purchased as a free trial.
The products state they are made in Pittsburg USA, the company on the account simply says Cyprus.
There are no contact details or email address.
I am very worried unless I can stop this they will continue to take large sums of money from my account.
I will contact my bank, but any other help would be gratefully received.
Thank you so much.

  • I responded to the free trial of this product and paid the postage that was asked only to find a month later that another batch arrived through the door and on checking my bank the sum of £94.94 had been taken out. I contacted the number on thethe delivery notice and got through to someone in the states who advised me to send the package back and keep the receipt and was assured that no further money would be taken out.
I also got the details of the operator and a reference number to send it back. I posted it recorded delivery with a tracking number and then checked the next day that it had been received by them. I was told beforehand that if I paid £50 for this to pass to a friend I would get a refund immediately but if I send it back it would take up to 4 weeks. Well.

That was a month ago and no money had appeared back in my account. However this morning I rang them on a free phone number 0800 014 8149 from UK and spoke to a helpful operator Adam 1034 who got into my account and took all the details of the post office tracking notice and confirmed that it had been received back to them.He has now assured me that my money will be back in my account in 48 hours and has given me another reference number that should show up on my account. so I will call the bank on Monday to see if it has arrived.

Give them a call with the original order number which will have your details and tell them to cancel your account and send any other products you have received by recorded delivery.

    Good luck.

I will post back if my money does actually arrive in my account.
