legal cover on every policy?

Hello,
I would like to know if I have a legal cover on my motorcycle policy will need to have it on car as well to be covered, please?

Usually they want to sell it many times over and will exclude vehicles covered on different policies0

Read the policy to see if the "cover" (usually just uninsured loss recovery) applies only to any claims in respect of the insured vehicle/bike.
(Usually that is the case)
If so, and you really want this cover, then a generic "legal cover" policy (eg from RAC/AA etc) may be cheaper than buying it for each motor policy you take out.0
